1. Sealing surface bite: caused by excessive hardness of the gasket or rough surface of the flange groove.
By detecting the difference in hardness, the lubrication treatment of the coating can be increased.
2. High temperature creep failure: The yield strength of the material decreases due to long-term overheating.
Nickel based alloys or optimized heat dissipation design can be used instead.
3. Installation deviation leakage: caused by uneven pre tightening force of bolts.
It can be tightened step by step in a cross pattern using a hydraulic torque wrench.
