Inspection method for metal ring gasket:
① Spectral inspection: Each batch of raw materials for metal ring gaskets must undergo spectral inspection before being stored to determine the material.
② Hardness testing: After the final precision machining of the finished product, a sample is taken for hardness testing.
③ Surface roughness inspection: The surface roughness of R series and RX series gaskets is 1.6 μ m, and the BX series gasket is 0.8 μ m.
