Precautions for installing metal ring gasket

  1. Before installation, carefully inspect the quality of flanges, bolts, nuts, and gaskets, check the installation of flanges or interfaces for defects such as misalignment, misalignment, mouth opening, and wrong holes.
  2. The surface of the flange or sealing part must be cleaned thoroughly, and no mechanical impurities are allowed to adhere to the gasket surface, bolts, or threads.
  3. The position of the gasket should not be installed off center and should ensure even compression.
  4. When rotating the nut, apply even force, and tighten the bolt symmetrically and evenly in 2-3 times to evenly compress the gasket.
