- Choose sealing gaskets from enterprises with sound quality management systems, effective operation, manufacturing licenses, and valid special equipment type test reports.
- The surface of the gasket should not have scars, gaps, unevenness, or rust spots that affect the sealing performance. The non-metallic strips on the surface of the gasket should be uniform and appropriately higher than the metal strips, but should not leak out, and the interlayer texture should be clear. The spacing between the welding points of the ring gasket should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as incomplete fusion or excessive fusion. The surface of the ring gasket is free of burrs, unevenness, rust spots, and other defects. The distance between the upper and lower sealing surfaces and the upper and lower surfaces of the gasket body should be equal. The inner reinforcement ring and gasket body should be firmly fixed, and the outer reinforcement ring should be positioned together with the gasket body and can be loosened appropriately.
- Compression rate, rebound rate, and sealing performance are important performance indicators of sealing gaskets. The higher the rebound rate, the better.
