It is recommended that the maximum working temperature should not exceed 760 ℃.
- 316L stainless steel: Compared to 316 stainless steel, this material has better stress resistance and grain boundary corrosion resistance. Brinell hardness of 140. It is recommended that the maximum working temperature should not exceed 760-815 ℃.
- 20 Alloy: 45% iron, 24% nickel, 20% chromium, and small amounts of copper and molybdenum. Suitable for manufacturing equipment resistant to sulfuric acid corrosion, with a Brinell hardness of 160. It is recommended that the maximum operating temperature not exceed 760-815 ℃.
- Purple copper: The composition of purple copper is close to that of pure copper, and the trace amount of silver it contains can increase its continuous working temperature. The Brinell hardness is about 80. It is recommended that the maximum continuous operating temperature should not exceed 260 ℃.
- Brass: (containing 66% copper and 34% zinc), has good corrosion resistance in many cases, but is not suitable for acetic acid, salt, ammonia, and acetylene. Brinell hardness 58. It is recommended that the maximum continuous operating temperature should not exceed 260 ℃.
- Hastelloy B-2: (containing 26-30% copper and 34% zinc) has excellent heat resistance to concentrated hydrochloric acid corrosion, as well as resistance to wet hydrogen chloride gas corrosion, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and reducing salt solution corrosion. Has high strength at high temperatures. Brinell hardness 230. It is recommended that the maximum working temperature should not exceed 1093 ℃.
- Hastelloy C-276: (containing 16-18% molybdenum, 13-17.5% chromium, 3.7-5.3% tungsten, 4.5-7% iron, and the rest is nickel), this material has good corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance, with good resistance to hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid corrosion. Brinell hardness 210. It is recommended that the maximum working temperature not exceed 1093 ℃.
- Monel 400: (containing 30% copper and nickel), in addition to strong oxidizing acids, has good corrosion resistance to most acids and bases, but is prone to stress corrosion cracking in fluoric acid, mercuric chloride, and mercury media. This material is widely used in equipment for manufacturing hydrofluoric acid. Brinell hardness 120. It is recommended that the maximum continuous operating temperature should not exceed 815 ℃.
- Inconel 600: Nickel based alloy (containing 77% nickel, 15% chromium, 7% iron).
